This spacious apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the pool and gardens. (steps to 2nd floor)  

The complex has an olympic sized pool, with jacuzzi and childrens section.   There is a small snack bar and pool table.   

The Apartment sleeps 4 - 6 people and has air conditioning.     Wireless internet is available for those with portable devices! 

The apartment comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, with full oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, large frige freezer,  table and chairs with seating for 4-6 people. 

The lounge has  settees (sofa bed), side units, coffee table, lamps, and satellite TV.  This leads to a terrace table and chairs overlooking the pool and gardens.

There is a spacious utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.        

A wonderful tiled bathroom with twin washbasins, bath and overhead shower and wc.

The spacious main bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, lamps and large double wardrobes .

There is a shower room with WC and wash basin.

The swimming pool is fantastic,  with a bridge,  a toddler section , jacuzzi and shallow end with water falls.  Around the pool are sunloungers and brollies and lead onto the well kept gardens.  Truly a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

The complex is just 5 mins walk to the local Calo Des Pou Beach (Es Forti Beach).  The beach has a snack bar, sunbeds and parasols for hire.  Boat trips to other beaches in the area leave from here. 

There is a well stocked small supermarket across the road from the complex, ideal for the essentials and more !  Freshly baked bread and pastries are available!
